Online Shop Refund Policy

You may return any faulty product you have purchased to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date it was received. 

To be eligible for a refund you must: 
• Contact us at 
• Any items specially ordered in for customers cannot be returned 
• We must receive the returned goods within 21 days of delivery 
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in their original condition or you will not receive an exchange or refund
• There is no refunds for 'change of mind' or similar reasons

  • If you are exchanging a product or wanting a product to be exchanged or refunded that the cost to ship the product back to us will be incurred by you. Unless stated otherwise. 
  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned orders.
  • We do not refund late parcels

Any parcel delay is out of our hands & we will not be liable for the extra time for your parcel to arrive.

Wrong address: If you have entered the wrong address on your order you must call us on 1300 886 186 to change the address - Not all emails are delivered to our inbox in time and may end up in our junk mail due to our high volume of emails so it is up to you to contact us by phone to make sure your address is correctly changed.

We do not incur any extra postal cost if your parcel is sent to an address that was added by you and then needs to be changed. The customer will have to incur the cost of re-sending out the parcel if you have not spoken to someone directly to change the shipping. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  Unit 3/4-6 Junction Street, Auburn NSW 2144.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will call or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then call us if it does not appear in your account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 
Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to ATRIS PTY LTD Unit 3/4-6 Junction Street, Auburn  NSW  2144, Australia.
